The Annual Maintenance Plan is 50 percent of the software list price and includes the following during the year:
- License key valid for 12 months
- Access to DRS Help Desk (self-service knowledgebase, announcements, and downloads)
- Unlimited support (installation, setup, troubleshooting, operations)
IMPORTANT: Before renewing AMP you must FIRST request a license by running the application, select About, Register in top menu, click envelope icon and follow the instructions. Our registration office will reply with appropriate cart link.
