INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Purchase this item and enter your support request topic into Comments during checkout. Example, "system crash, register down", etc. 2) Submit a ticket request or send a message in the chat offline/timeout form at www.DRShelp.com. 3) Wait for confirmation emails. One will be an auto-reply confirming your order and another reply within 30 minutes will include instructions on how to engage a support rep for the emergency service.
Hours of Operation: 6pm-11pm weekdays; 9am-6pm Saturday, 11am-4pm Sunday; holidays excluded. If we are unable to respond during those times, no session charge will apply.
IMPORTANT: Cart charge is a PRE-AUTH ONLY. Final charges apply when support incident ends and ticket is closed. Your card will not be charged until that occurs whiich may be days later depending on services required.
